TimetoTest is operated by TimetoTest Technologies LTD ("we", "us"). When you use TimetoTest, we collect information to provide and improve our services:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and billing details when you sign up.
- Usage Data: Information about execution frequency, timing, and outcomes of your QA agent runs.
- Test Artifacts & Diffs: Prompts, URLs, and pull request changesets you configure for analysis. We process all session details in secure sandbox environments.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider partners.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To execute browser journeys, API verifications, and pull request reviews through the QA agent
- To securely process account transactions and plan renewals
- To send execution alerts, changelogs, and support notes
- To resolve technical queries and optimize agent success rates
- To analyze platform utilization and harden application services
- To measure advertising attribution using Google click IDs and campaign parameters, without sending test content, credentials, or account email to Google
3. Data Security
We implement strict technical and organizational controls to protect customer datasets. All runner instances execute inside isolated managed nodes, and data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
4. Data Retention
Account profiles remain active until deletion requests are submitted. UI browser recordings run at 3× playback and new recordings plus Cloudinary-hosted user, test, and project images are retained for 7 days on Free and 30 days on active Dev, Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Admin plans. After the retention period, the recording or hosted image may be deleted and its access link may stop working. Existing images are not backfilled or removed by this policy change.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate secure third-party platforms for authorization, billing, transactional email distribution, and advertising measurement. These integrations hold distinct privacy policies which we invite you to review directly.
6. Your Rights
You retain full authority over your data, including the right to:
- Access and download personal data extracts
- Request corrections to outdated account details
- Initiate complete profile and history deletions
- Restrict processing metrics or object to data profiling
