1. Acceptance of Terms
TimetoTest ("Service") is operated by TimetoTest Technologies LTD ("TimetoTest", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TimetoTest provides a QA agent that executes browser journeys, runs API verifications, and reviews GitHub pull requests. Results can include supporting context for the checks performed.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Test websites, applications, APIs, or systems you do not own or lack explicit permission to assess
- Engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or malicious activity of any kind
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, networks, or third-party services
- Probe, exploit, interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the security, integrity, or availability of any system, including our Service
- Upload, transmit, generate, or distribute malware, destructive code, phishing content, or other harmful material
- Use the Service to evade safeguards, hide malicious intent, bypass restrictions, or facilitate abuse by others
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
5. Payment and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Recordings and Evidence Artifacts
UI browser runs include a 3× recording that you can watch or download while it is retained. New recordings are retained for 7 days on Free and 30 days on active Dev, Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Admin plans. API and code runs do not create browser recordings. After the applicable retention period, recordings and their access links may be deleted or become unavailable.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TimetoTest Technologies LTD and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your project definitions, prompts, and run history remain your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
TimetoTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts at any time if we believe a user has violated these terms, used the Service for malicious or abusive purposes, attempted to misuse the platform, or created risk for TimetoTest, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
